[IMPROVING THE ORGANIZATION OF LABOR AND THE QUALITY OF MEDICAL CARE AT PARAMEDIC AND OBSTETRIC STATIONS].

In the provision of primary health care to the rural population, the role of paramedic and obstetric stations (FAP) is great. The purpose of the study is to develop a system of measures aimed at improving the quality of medical care provided at paramedic and obstetric stations. The study was conducted in 2019-2020 on the basis of 26 FAP of 12 central district hospitals (CRH) of the Republic of Dagestan.

[Surgical hemostasis by liver and spleen traumas].

Various methods of surgical hemostasis by liver and spleen traumas were described. Liver and spleen ruptures were modeled in vivo using 135 experimental animals (dogs). Definitive hemostasis was achieved by spleen resection in 69 (78,4%) and liver resection in 22 (71,0%) animals.

[Selection of haemostatic methods in liver and spleen injuries].

Interpretation metods of hemostasis in injury of the liver and spleen were studied in experiments and applied in clinical practice. Technigue of suturing of cut and wounds is described. Represents tactics treatment and hematomas and results resection of the liver and spleen.

[Haemorheological impairments following aortic surgery and methods of correction thereof].

The article deals with the findings concerning alterations in rheological properties of the blood in patients who endured aortic surgery with and without artificial circulation. Also shown herein is the contribution of the plasmatic and erythrocytic components to the development of haemorheological disorders in the postoperative period. To this was added the assessment of the role plasmapheresis plays in correction of impaired blood rheological properties, depending upon the terms of its carrying out and the type of a surgical intervention performed.

[Choice of a hemostasis method in injury and focal lesions of the spleen].

Methods of hemostasis in injury and focal lesions of the spleen were studied in experiments and applied in clinical practice. Technique of spleen resection, suturing of cut and perforating wounds is described. Autotransplantation of spleen tissue was used as alternative to splenectomy.
