[Topic of the article: extracorporeal rhinoseptoplasty technique of the open approach].

In this article were represented a clinical examination and assessment of the effectiveness of the open extracorporeal rhinoseptoplasty technique perfomed in W. Gubisch modification. For the analysis of the results, patients were divided on the basis of the indications for extracorporeal rhinoseptoplasty in major groups.
