Malignant phyllodes tumor is a rare breast tumor, with distant metastases and heterologous differentiation in a few cases. We report a case of malignant phyllodes tumor with liposarcomatous differentiation in the primary tumor and osteosarcomatous differentiation in the lung metastatic tumor.
