Accurate and repeatable measurement of the central cornea thickness (CCT) is important in terms of follow-up of glaucoma patients. The aim of this study was to compare CCT measurements made with an ultrasonic pachymeter (USP) and with the Spectralis Anterior Segment Module optical coherence tomography (OCT) device. The study included 52 eyes of 26 primary open-angle glaucoma patients.
