Does granulosa cell apoptosis have a role in the etiology of unexplained infertility?

Objective(s): To compare granulosa cell apoptosis in patients with unexplained infertility and tubal factor. Accelerated granulosa cell apoptosis may be the cause of unexplained infertility.

Study Design: Setting was IVF-ET Unit of Cerrahpasa Medical Faculty, Istanbul University.

Assessment of antibiotic susceptibility of Ureaplasma urealyticum from prostitutes and outpatient clinic patients using the E-test and agar dilution method.

In this study, a total of 647 vaginal discharge samples were examined. Ureaplasma urealyticum growth was seen in 68 samples (10.5%).
