[The efficacy of enhancing murine zona pellucid 3 DNA vaccine immunized through intranasal vaccination by IL-15].

Aim: To observe the efficacy of enhancing murine zona pellucid 3(mZP3) DNA vaccine immunized through intranasal vaccination by IL-15 as adjuvant and chitosan as delivery vactor.

Methods: C57BL/6 mice were delivered with chitosan-loaded mZP3 DNA vaccine or IL-15+pcD-mZP3 vaccine by intranasal route, and to detect specific IgG in serum and sIgA in vaginal fluid by indirect ELISA, and to perform fertility experiment that all female C57BL/6 mice were mated(one male for each female) with normal males of similar age.
