[Manifestation of rheumatic diseases in the larynx].

Rheumatic disorders (rheumatoid arthritis, sarcoidosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, Wegener's granulomatosis, relapsing polychondritis) may affect the larynx. The clinical symptoms are often unspecific, leading to delayed diagnosis. Malignant tumours should be considered in differential diagnosis with necessitating biopsy.
