Acantholytic Dyskeratotic Acanthoma of the Nail Revealed by a Longitudinal Erythronychia.

Introduction: Focal acantholytic dyskeratosis is a distinctive histological pattern first described by Ackerman in 1972, consisting of focal suprabasal clefts in the epidermis and dyskeratotic cells at all levels of the epidermis with hyperkeratosis and parakeratosis. The first case of subungual acantholytic dyskeratosis acanthoma (ADA) was reported in 1990. This subungual variant is a very rare entity.

Recognition of cutaneous myeloid sarcoma is important for all dermatologists to avoid further progression to acute myeloid leukemia. Nevertheless, we highlight the presence of a favorable clinical outcome in some patients with spontaneous regression.

Pyoderma gangrenosum is among the exceptional extra-intestinal manifestations of celiac disease. We report a case of a 52-year-old patient who presented with pyoderma gangrenosum that turned out to be the initial presentation of celiac disease.

Extraocular sebaceous carcinoma in a renal transplant patient: A case report.

The high risk of skin cancer after organ transplantation is a major clinical challenge. We describe a case of a patient presenting with sebaceous carcinoma (SC) after a kidney transplant. Although it is exceedingly rare, SC should always be considered in the presence of any skin lesion occurring after a transplant.

Breast cancer is the first cancer associated with cutaneous metastasis (CM). The clinical presentation of these metastases is comprehensive. We report an original case of carcinoma en cuirasse associated with zosteriform metastasis that indicates the development of contralateral breast cancer.
