Sensitive skin (SS) is a common patient complaint; however, there are no consistent guidelines to guide dermatologists' approaches to diagnosis and management of SS. Attendees of an international dermatology conference were surveyed to gauge dermatology providers' experiences and perspectives on SS. Survey results suggest that although the definition and diagnosis of SS are ambiguous, SS is increasingly being considered as a unique condition.

Methods: NASS Clinical Practice Guidelines, Internet searches were performed utilizing three common search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo) and keywords associated with LDH. The top 20 websites from each search were selected.

We report a rare case of a large left atrial myxoma that manifested as syncope in a patient who presented to the hospital following a syncopal episode. Our patient had a history of hypertension and anemia with reported two months of dyspnea on exertion. He was found to have a large left atrial myxoma.

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a disease of high unmet therapeutic need. The challenge of accurately measuring clinically meaningful responses to treatment has hindered progress towards positive outcomes in SLE trials, impeding the approval of potential new therapies.
