While rare, other causes of sudden onset diffuse lymphadenopathy in patients with CLL can occur; one of the rarest being necrotic herpes simplex lymphadenitis. We report a case that presented similarly to Richter Transformation including PET-CT scan findings consistent with RT but was histologically proven to be necrotic herpes simplex lymphadenitis.

Material And Methods: Forty-eight human third molars received a standardized class I cavity preparation and they were separated into six experimental groups: G1 - single-bottle adhesive system; G2 - bonding system with load; G3 - single-bottle adhesive associated with low-viscosity composite resin; G4 - loaded adhesive associated with low-viscosity composite; G5 - resin-modified glass ionomer associated with single-bottle adhesive; and G6 - resin-modified glass ionomer associated with loaded adhesive. All cavities were restored with a universal restorative composite.

Here we visualize the dynamic cell morphologies of tangentially migrating SN-mDA neurons in 3D and identify two distinct migration modes. The indications for EVD insertion and their efficacy in the management of these various conditions have been previously addressed in guidelines published by the Brain Trauma Foundation, American Heart Association and combined committees of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons. While it is well recognized that placement of an EVD may be a lifesaving intervention, the benefits can be offset by procedural and catheter-related complications, such as hemorrhage along the catheter tract, catheter malposition, and CSF infection.
