OBJECTIVE: To compare postural stability, single-leg hop, and isokinetic strength measurements in subjects after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction with an age- and activity-matched control group. Radiographs revealed avascular necrosis of the lunate, or Kienböck's disease, and negative ulnar variance. The patient was successfully treated with an ulnar lengthening procedure and immobilization.
