The purpose of this report is to detail the clinical and histologic findings of a rare trichoadenoma of the eyelid. A 63-year-old male with a recurrent left lower eyelid lesion underwent a shave biopsy with inconclusive results until referred to an oculoplastic surgeon. The patient presented with a lesion suspicious for sebaceous cell carcinoma of the eyelid.

We present 2 cases of orbital metastases of male breast cancer, a very rare association in the context of a rare disease. We also provide a review of the literature on this topic including the 4 previously reported cases. Our cases presented with diplopia and proptosis.

A multitude of techniques exists for facelift surgery (rhytidectomy). These techniques range from simple skin undermining to complex procedures involving superficial musculoaponeurotic system (SMAS) manipulation and subperiosteal dissection.
