Background: High rates of liver enzyme elevation (LEE) in women receiving antiretroviral treatment (ART) during pregnancy have been reported, but causes remain unclear. We estimated the prevalence and risk factors of LEE in a national prospective multicenter cohort.
Methods: We studied 5748 pregnant women living with HIV enrolled in the French Perinatal Cohort 2005-2014, treated with ART, with no active hepatitis B or C coinfection.
Background: Atazanavir/ritonavir (ATV/r) is a boosted protease inhibitor recommended to minimize the risk of mother-to-child HIV-1 transmission (MTCT). We aimed to assess the pharmacokinetics, safety and efficacy of ATV/r in HIV-1-infected pregnant women and their neonates.
Methods: A multicentre, cross-sectional, non-interventional cohort of HIV-1-infected pregnant women receiving ATV/r (300/100 mg once daily) who delivered in three Paris hospitals from 2006 to 2013 was designed.
Unlabelled: In France, patients over 50 years represent more than 23.6% of all registered cases in the French Hospital Database for HIV (FHDH), and 18% of newly HIV-diagnosed patients.
Objective: To describe the long-term evolution after 4 years of a cohort of HIV infected patients older than 60 years recruited in COREVIH Île-de-France Ouest.

Objective: To study the impact on the neonate of maternal antiretroviral therapy with atazanavir (ATV).
Study Design: An observational study of 22 HIV-infected women receiving, for clinical indications, antiretroviral therapy with ATV 300 mg and ritonavir 100mg during pregnancy and their 23 HIV infants (including a twin pair).
Results: Mothers had received ATV for a median duration of 19 months [range 3-49] by delivery.
