The diagnostic procedure of chronic pulmonary opacities may envisage the search for non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Previous retrospective studies have shown that clonality analysis of bronchoalveolar B lymphocytes could reflect the clonality of pulmonary lymphocytes.
