The fallopian tube has received attention as an origin of high-grade pelvic malignancies. This is a case of bilateral fallopian tube cancer discovered after an abnormal Pap test. A 62-year-old woman with a history of one term delivery had atypical glandular cells on a Pap test.

Cases: Two patients underwent robotic-assisted total laparoscopic hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, and lymph node dissection for stage IA endometrial cancer.
Objective: To assess the pre-operative clinical factors of a group of early stage cervical cancer patients and correlate them to the risk for adjuvant radiotherapy using GOG 92 and 109 criteria.
Method: A retrospective chart review of cervical cancer patients treated at the Saint Louis University Division of Gynecologic Oncology between the years 1989 and 2004 was performed. The results were compared with chi-squared testing and multivariable regression analysis.
Metallopanstimulin (MPS-1)/S27 ribosomal protein is involved in cellular proliferation and oncogenesis. In this study, we have examined the expression of the MPS-1 protein in 120 stages I and II breast carcinomas to study its relationship with breast cancer prognosis. We also determined if there was any relationship of MPS-1 with other biological markers commonly used in breast cancer prognosis.
