Objectives: To report a case of renal artery embolism. To review the clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic features of this disease interesting for the urologist.
Methods/results: Case of a 47 year old male with history of cardiovascular disease who presents in the emergency room with left flank pain.
Objective: Literature review about arterial priapism cases secondary to bilateral postraumatic arterial-lacunar fistula, with special attention to therapeutic management by bilateral supraselective embolization.
Methods: Bibliographic search using MEDLINE. A new case of high flow priapism secondary to bilateral postraumatic arterial-lacunar fistula is reported.
