[Skin manifestations in adults with a liver allograft].

Background: Skin manifestations after liver transplantation are increasing due to long term immunosuppressive therapy along with an increase in patient survival. Several studies have reported dermatologic complications following renal transplant, but few have studied dermatologic problems after liver transplantation.

Aims: To describe the different types of cutaneous lesions encountered in adults receiving a liver allograft.

Dermatoscopy of an angiomatoid spitz nevus.

To date, only 12 cases of angiomatoid Spitz nevus have been characterized in the literature. We present the first case of angiomatoid Spitz nevus in which dermatoscopic findings are described.

Dermatoscopy of a primary dermal melanoma.

This is a case report of a primary dermal melanoma and its dermatoscopic findings. A 50-year-old man in 2002 presented on the right anterior aspect of the thorax a 1.5-cm-diameter lesion with a rough surface and multiple papules of "vascular-like" appearance.
