Purpose: To compare the aberrometric profile of the Artisan Aphakia lens (Opthec BV) and transscleral plug FIL-SSF lens (Soleko) and to assess the impact of tilt and decentration on their optical performance.

Methods: This retrospective observational study was conducted at Azienda Ospedaliera Universitaria Careggi, Florence, Italy, with a consecutive cohort of aphakic eyes undergoing secondary lens implantation with an Artisan or FIL-SSF lens.
