Coronary artery aneurysms are rare conditions with potentially devastating consequences. We describe the case of an athletic 40-year-old woman who received a diagnosis of giant right coronary artery aneurysm while she was undergoing a work-up for lower extremity varicose veins. She underwent successful surgical treatment without any complications.

A 22-year-old man presented with recurrent right-sided spontaneous pneumothorax caused by rupture of azygos lobe bullae. Surgical management was successfully completed using a video-assisted thoracoscopic approach. Resection of the bullae harboring azygos lobe and subsequent pleurodesis were performed, sparing the meso-azygos and azygos vein.

Intrathoracic migration of a breast biopsy localization wire is relatively rare and most of the wires end up in the pleural cavity. We report the first case of almost total intrapericardial migration of a monofilament hooked wire that was lost during the breast biopsy procedure. The case was successfully managed by video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery.
