The NATALEE study showed a significant benefit in invasive disease-free survival (iDFS) for patients with HR+/HER2- early breast cancer (eBC) at intermediate and high risk of recurrence who were treated with the CDK4/6 inhibitor Ribociclib in combination with endocrine therapy (ET). This retrospective study aims to apply the NATALEE inclusion criteria to a representative real-world cohort to estimate the proportion of HR+/HER2- breast cancer patients eligible for adjuvant Ribociclib therapy. The demand for fertility-sparing surgery (FSS) has increased in the last decade due to increased maternal age, increased incidence of ovarian malignancies in younger patients, and technical advances in surgery. Data on oncological safety and fertility outcomes of patients with ovarian cancer after laparoscopic FSS are sparse, but some retrospective studies have shown that open FSS may be offered to selected patients. The role of lymphadenectomy in surgical staging remains one of the biggest controversies in the management of endometrial cancer. The concept of sentinel lymph node biopsy in endometrial cancer has been evaluated for a number of years, with promising sensitivity rates and negative predictive values. This study evaluates quantitative combined single photon emission tomography/computed x-ray tomography (SPECT/CT) to assess the influence of radiotracer concentration on detection of sentinel lymph nodes (SLN) in endometrial cancer (EC). Background: PTEN loss is a putative driver in histotypes of ovarian cancer (high-grade serous (HGSOC), endometrioid (ENOC), clear cell (CCOC), mucinous (MOC), low-grade serous (LGSOC)). Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the hormone profiles, to detect the rate of hyperandrogenemia and to investigate the potential effect of Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser syndrome (MRKHS) on ovarian reserve, as reflected by the serum Anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) levels. Clinical implications were analyzed by including our own experiences with three patients after ovarian stimulation in preparation for uterus transplantation.

Objective: This study aimed to determine whether 1p deletion defines a subset of cellular leiomyomata (CL), which is a hypercellular variant of uterine leiomyomata that may have delayed malignant potential, and to correlate this genetic change with clinical and pathologic characteristics including those present in uterine sarcomas.

Study Design: Available CL cases at the Mayo Clinic (n = 101) and variant cases reported in another article (n = 16) were identified.
