Monkeypox is the latest reemerging zoonosis worldwide. Anyone is susceptible to contracting this infection; however, the clinical presentation may be atypical in a particularly vulnerable group that identifies as men who have sex with men. Herein, we present two cases of patients diagnosed with monkeypox infection, both of whom were also co-infected with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and exhibited different degrees of immunosuppression.

Alveolar soft part sarcoma (ASPS) is a rare, malignant tumor of uncertain histogenesis that has no benign counterpart. In some cases, a structural rearrangement of chromosome 17 involving band q25 has been reported. Ki-1 anaplastic large cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma is a well recognized clinical entity. The main clinical feature includes lymphadenopathy with mediastinal sparing. In the extranodal disease, which occurs in approximately half of the cases, the skin is the most common site; bone marrow, lung and central nervous system are generally not involved.
