Objectives: To investigate the impact of progressive bone loss in an experimental peri-implantitis model in the dog upon the implant stability quotient (ISQ) measured in the course of induced and spontaneous conditions of disease, and to evaluate the association between the clinical parameters and ISQ.

Objective: Arthroscopy of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) has become a well-standardized non-invasive procedure for the treatment of TMJ internal derangement (ID). Background: Zygomatic implants (ZIs) have been proposed as a valid alternative to advance bone-grafting procedures in the rehabilitation of the severe atrophied upper maxilla, with a reported overall success rate of more than 95 %. Otherwise, the use of the endoscope has been described for the treatment of maxillofacial trauma, orthognatic surgical procedures, sinonasal pathology, salivary gland disease, and TMJ internal derangement.
