Treatment of gingival recession in 2 surgical stages: free gingival graft plus coronally positioned flap.

Gingival recession is a common clinical condition that creates unfavorable esthetics and dentinal hypersensitivity. Treatment of gingival recession aims to create or increase keratinized tissue and provide root coverage. The aim of this article is to present 2 clinical cases of severe Miller Class II gingival recession with absence of keratinized tissue.
