- The study compared three groups: early-onset BD1 patients (remission), bvFTD patients, and healthy controls, using tests for social cognition.
- Results showed that both BD1 and bvFTD patients struggled with social cognition, but bvFTD patients had more difficulty recognizing social faux-pas compared to BD1 patients.
