This work contains a description of the modified Henning operation. This technique can be proven especially useful in difficult cases of damaged meniscus (complex injuries). It consists of three stages: stable suturing of the meniscus, placement of the graft from the iliotibial band on the meniscus, and covering the graft with a collagen membrane.
