Cardiac tumors continue to be one of the most uncommon primary tumors. Secondary cardiac tumors are rare and occur in difficult instances. A multidisciplinary team is required for diagnosis and management.

Lymphatic leak was suspected. Dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance lymphangiography (DC-MRL) was performed after ultrasound-guided intranodal injection of contrast through inguinal lymph nodes.
