Phospholipases A (PLAs) from snake venom possess antitumor and antiangiogenic properties. In this study, we evaluated the antimetastatic and antiangiogenic effects of MjTX-II, a Lys49 PLA isolated from Bothrops moojeni venom, on lung cancer and endothelial cells.
