Tumor suppressor cylindromatosis protein (CYLD) regulates NF-κB and JNK signaling pathways by cleaving K63-linked poly-ubiquitin chain from its substrate molecules and thus preventing the progression of tumorigenesis and metastasis of the cancer cells. Mutations in CYLD can cause aberrant structure and abnormal functionality leading to tumor formation. In this study, we utilized several computational tools such as PANTHER, PROVEAN, PredictSNP, PolyPhen-2, PhD-SNP, PON-P2, and SIFT to find out deleterious nsSNPs.

All these bacteriophages belong to subcluster M1, except Koreni that belongs to subcluster A4. Moreover, all have siphovirus morphologies, with genome sizes ranging from 51,055 to 81,156 bp.

However, the molecular functions that cause the development of prostate cancer in persons with gonorrhea and chlamydia are yet unknown. In this study, we studied RNA-seq gene expression profiles using computational biology methods to find out potential biomarkers that could help us in understanding the patho-biological mechanisms of gonorrhea, chlamydia, and prostate cancer.

Agenesis of teeth in primary and permanent dentition is a rare incidence and very few are reported in the dental literature. Although the etiology of congenital agenesis of teeth is unclear, several factors such as a tendency toward genetic predilection, metabolic disorders, trauma, infection, radiation or idiopathic reasons are found to be responsible.

Materials And Methods: The study group consisted of 150 children (70 Down syndrome patients and 80 cerebral palsy patients).
Heat shock protein 90 (Hsp90) is a member of the heat shock family of molecular chaperones that regulate protein conformation and activity. Hsp90 regulates multiple cell signaling pathways by controlling the abundance and activity of several important protein kinases and cell cycle-related proteins. In this report, we show that inhibition of Hsp90 by geldanamycin or its derivative, 17-allylamino-17-desmethoxygeldamycin, leads to activation of the Rho GTPase and a dramatic increase in actin stress fiber formation in human tumor cell lines.
