Electronic systems are increasingly present in the healthcare system and are often related to improved medical care. However, the widespread use of these technologies ended up building a relationship of dependence that can disrupt the doctor-patient relationship. In this context, digital scribes are automated clinical documentation systems that capture the physician-patient conversation and then generate the documentation for the appointment, enabling the physician to engage with the patient entirely.

Methods: A retrospective cohort study of newly diagnosed cervical cancer stage IIIB to IVB was conducted in a tertiary hospital in Brazil. Data from clinical records between 2014 and 2018 were reviewed.
Purpose: Randomized clinical trials (RCT) are inconclusive regarding the role of dietary interventions in anthropometric measurements and survival in breast cancer patients. Our aim was to conduct a systematic review and meta-analysis to assess the effects of diet on these outcomes in women treated for early-stage breast cancer.
Methods: Embase, MEDLINE, the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, and the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials were searched for RCT comparing dietary interventions (individualized dietary counseling, prescription of a specific diet, or others) with usual care in women that were treated for early breast cancer.
Complex rearrangement patterns and mitotic errors are hallmarks of most pancreatic ductal adenocarcinomas (PDAC), a disease with dismal prognosis despite some therapeutic advances in recent years. DNA double-strand breaks (DSB) bear the greatest risk of provoking genomic instability, and DNA damage repair (DDR) pathways are crucial in preserving genomic integrity following a plethora of damage types. Two major repair pathways dominate DSB repair for safeguarding the genome integrity: non-homologous end joining and homologous recombination (HR).

Adjuvant chemotherapy has greatly improved the prognosis of early breast cancer. Dose-dense chemotherapy seeks to increase efficacy by changing the interval between cycles of treatment without the need of increasing doses and toxicity. According to the Gompertzian model, the smaller tumors are and the more rapid they grow, the more benefit could be expected from dose-dense therapy.

Our aim was to conduct a systematic review and meta-analysis to assess the effects of physical exercise on these outcomes in women who went through curative treatment of early-stage breast cancer.
Methods: Pubmed, Embase, Cochrane Library were searched for randomized clinical trial comparing physical exercise (counseling or structured programs with supervised/individualized exercise sessions) with usual care in women that went through for breast cancer treatment.
