Syphilis is an infectious disease with mucocutaneous lesions that are characteristic of their stage (primary, secondary, or tertiary). These are not always typical and may have other morphologies and unusual symptoms, making diagnosis difficult. The report herein is of a healthy woman with vesicular lesions associated with intense itching.
