Transcultural adaptation of the children's anxiety questionnaire in Brazil.

Aim: To describe the transcultural adaptation process of the Children's Anxiety Questionnaire (CAQ) for the Brazilian culture.

Design: This is a methodological study of cross-cultural adaptation.

Methods: Study conducted in Brazil and Sweden involved the following steps: preparation, translation, synthesis of translations, back-translation and review, and harmonization of the translations by a committee of 13 healthcare professionals using the content validity index (CVI).

Multidisciplinary team of intensive therapy: humanization and fragmentation of the work process.

Objective:: to understand the meaning of humanized care in intensive care units considering the experience of the multidisciplinary team.

Method:: descriptive and exploratory qualitative research. For this purpose, we conducted semi-structured interviews with 24 professionals of the heath-care team, and, after transcription, we organized the qualitative data according to content analysis.
