Objective: To assess adherence to both drug and non-drug therapy by users of primary care services diagnosed with systemic arterial hypertension before and after the implementation of systematic nursing appointments.

Material And Methods: Open clinical trial held in a Family Health Strategy center of the state of Minas Gerais, in which 14 participants were followed up through systematic nursing care from October 2016 to September 2017.

Results: Data showed a statistically significant difference in adherence to systemic arterial hypertension therapy after conducting nursing interventions (p=0,102), both individually and in group.

Objective: To analyze the temporal trend of vaccination coverage for hepatitis A, measles, mumps and rubella, and varicella in a Brazilian state from 2014 to 2020.

Methods: An ecological, time-series study that considered data from 853 municipalities in the state of Minas Gerais that compose the 14 regions of the state, these being the territorial units of analysis. Records of applied doses of hepatitis A, measles, mumps and rubella, and varicella vaccines registered in the Brazilian Immunization Information System were analyzed.

Objectives: to understand vaccination as a scheduled demand and access to this demand in a day in the life of health services, from the perspective of users.

Methods: holistic-qualitative multiple case study, based on the Quotidian Comprehensive Sociology, with 74 users from four health microregions of the Extended Western Region of Minas Gerais State.

Results: scheduling vaccination demand in a day in the life of services is compromised by the fragility in data record, by computerized systems underutilization and by the loss of the immunization tracking card, resulting in missed opportunities of immunization and unnecessary revaccinations.

Objective: To understand the feelings and behaviors of people being treated for Systemic Hypertension (SH) and Diabetes Mellitus (DM).

Method: A qualitative study based on Grounded Theory and Symbolic Interactionism, with 27 participants in treatment for SH and DM followed up by the Family Health Strategy team. Open, axial and selective coding was performed, giving rise to three theoretical categories and the central category.

The aim of the study was to determine the vaccination status of the adolescents and their level of knowledge of communicable and vaccine-preventable diseases. Hansen's disease has a slow evolution, which mostly affects the adult population. Detecting cases in children shows that the endemic continues and there is early exposure of the population to the bacillus. This is an ecological study with the objective of analyzing the occurrence of Hansen's disease in children under fifteen in the Jequitinhonha Valley through epidemiological and operational indicators.
