A comparison of clinical outcomes of abdominal aortic aneurysm patients with favorable and hostile neck angulation treated by endovascular repair with the Treovance stent graft.

Objective: The objective of this study was to compare outcomes of patients with favorable neck angulation (FNA) and hostile neck angulation (HNA) treated with the Treovance stent graft (Terumo Aortic [formerly Bolton Medical], Sunrise, Fla).

Methods: Patients with abdominal aortic aneurysms suitable for endovascular repair with Treovance were included in the RATIONALE postmarket surveillance registry. A post hoc subgroup analysis compared patients with infrarenal neck angles <60 degrees (FNA) and ≥60 degrees (HNA).

Preliminary Dual-Center Experience with the Bolton Treovance Endograft.

Purpose: To present the performance and safety of the Treovance stent graft for endovascular aortic aneurysm repair in a "real-world" patient cohort.

Methods: Patients from 2 centers, deemed unfit for open repair, were electively treated with the Treovance endograft. Clinical preoperative, operative, and up to 1-year postoperative follow-up data of patients were retrospectively analyzed.

Giant Hepatic Aneurysm Presenting With Hematemesis Successfully Treated With an Endovascular Technique.

Hepatic artery aneurysms are uncommon visceral aneurysms that are usually found incidentally on imaging. We present a case of large common hepatic aneurysm presenting with life-threatening hematemesis due to duodenal erosion, in a 66-year-old man, treated by embolization with Onyx and coils while preserving hepatic perfusion.

Spontaneous femoral artery pseudoaneurysm in a young patient.

Spontaneous femoral artery pseudoaneurysm is a rare disease and reported cases are very rare. Most of them are related to an underlying pathology of either atherosclerotic disease or connective tissue disease. We present a healthy, 29-year-old man with 2-month history of a painful pulsating mass at the level of the lower right thigh with no previous history of trauma, surgery, or puncture of the femoral artery.
