Spontaneous colonic perforation in adults (SCPA) is rare but important. Its clinicopathological features and outcomes remain unclear. Therefore, the aim of the current study was to explore and investigate the clinicopathological characteristics, clinical outcomes and potential risk factors for patients with SCPA.
