Evaporation power generators (EPGs) based on natural water evaporation can directly convert heat energy from the surrounding environment into electrical energy. Nevertheless, the commercialization of EPGs faces challenges due to the low charge generation and transport efficiency of single material systems, leading to unsatisfactory open-circuit voltages and short-circuit currents. Here, we systematically prepared molybdenum sulfide (MoS)/porous carbon nanofiber (PCNF) heterogeneous systems by electrospinning and hydrothermal methods.

Electron beam lithography uses an accelerated electron beam to fabricate patterning on an electron-beam-sensitive resist but requires complex dry etching or lift-off processes to transfer the pattern to the substrate or film on the substrate. In this study, etching-free electron beam lithography is developed to directly write a pattern of various materials in all-water processes, achieving the desired semiconductor nanopatterns on a silicon wafer. Introduced sugars are copolymerized with metal ions-coordinated polyethylenimine under the action of electron beams.

Present study evaluated the utilization of clean technology for biochar combined with organic fertilizer in apple orchard aspect of soil organic carbon fractions and microbial community. Four treatments were performed with control (CK), rice husk biochar alone (B), bagasse fermented organic fertilizer alone (O) and biochar combined with organic fertilizer (BO). The results demonstrated that utilization of organic fertilizer integrated with biochar were obviously enhanced the total and active fractions organic carbon in the top-soil (0-20 cm), enriched the bacterial community diversity and the richest abundance presented in BO treatment with 4253 operational taxonomic unit.

Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumour (IMT) is a rare neoplasm. Generally, these lesions have a benign behaviour, but the possibility of malignant transformation exists. We report the rare case of a 43-year-old woman with metachronous IMTs in the spleen and the liver.
