[Reaserch Progress on Non-Coding RNA in Multiple Myeloma --Review].

It is found that non-coding RNAs (ncRNA) plays an important role in the development and treatment of multiple myeloma (MM). For example, some microRNAs (miRNAs) can regulate gene expression, affect autophagy, apoptosis and other physiological and pathological processes, affect synthesis of protein, etc., thus providing a basis for diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of MM evaluation.
