Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumours of the spleen and liver.

Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumour (IMT) is a rare neoplasm. Generally, these lesions have a benign behaviour, but the possibility of malignant transformation exists. We report the rare case of a 43-year-old woman with metachronous IMTs in the spleen and the liver.
