Acute interstitial nephritis after COVID-19 vaccination.

A woman in her 70s presented to the hospital being generally unwell 8 days following the first dose of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccination. She was in stage III acute kidney injury (AKI) with hyperkalaemia and metabolic acidosis. Urinalysis showed haematoproteinuria.
