Correlation of High Mobility Group Box-1 Protein (HMGB1) with Clinicopathological Parameters in Primary Retinoblastoma.

HMGB1 is considered to be DNA chaperone as it binds without any specificity. It is the structural protein which alters nuclear homeostasis and genomic stability of chromatin. Its role in retinoblastoma (Rb) remains unclear.
