[Intra-patient cancer heterogeneity and sacituzumab-govitecan efficacy.].

Advanced triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) represents a challenging clinical condition with limited therapeutics opportunities. However, recently, a new antibody drug conjugated, sacituzumab govitecan, demonstrated a relevant clinical efficacy in this setting of patients. In this report we describe the case of a patient with TNBC diagnosed at the metastatic level when the primary breast tumour presented overexpression of ER end PgR.
