The Roux-en-Y gastric bypass procedure (RYGBP) is an effective treatment for morbid obesity. Anastomotic strictures are a common complication after RYGBP. This study examines the frequency of post-RYGBP gastrojejunal strictures (GJS), methods of evaluation, and the outcome of endoscopic intervention.
