Introduction And Significance: The presence of thyroid-like follicular carcinoma in the kidney is very rare, There have been few documented cases of this tumor's formation, and there are no specific signs for this tumor's presence and it is often discovered incidentally by chance, and the diagnosis depends mainly on histological examination and the negative results of thyroid marker tests.

Case Presentation: We describe the case of an adult male who had prostate adenocarcinoma and later suffered from pain in the flank, so radiographic examination showed a mass in the right kidney, which was removed, and the result of histopathologic examination was thyroid-like follicular carcinoma of the kidney.

Clinical Discussion: Although this tumor is rare, we need to keep it in mind as a potential diagnosis for renal lesions in our clinical practice.
