This meta-analysis aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of low-dose direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs) versus dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) in patients undergoing left atrial appendage closure (LAAC). A comprehensive literature search was conducted across multiple electronic databases, including PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, and Scopus, up to August 12, 2024.
