Malignant phyllodes tumors (MPT) have always been a great deal of controversy among fibroepithelial tumors of the breast. Genetics, histopathology, and tumor behavior on the cellular scale shape their extent of aggressiveness. Diagnosis is based on radiological and pathological findings.

Stony Hard Skin During Early Infancy.

Stiff skin syndrome is a rare disease causing stony hard induration of skin usually in early childhood. We report a case of 12 years old boy who presented to our clinic with biopsy showing adipocyte entrapment which we believe is an unrecognized key pathological finding in diagnosis of this entity.

Metastatic prostate adenocarcinoma presenting with pulmonary symptoms: a case report and review of the literature.

Introduction: Prostate cancer has a high tendency to spread to bone. Pulmonary metastasis and generalized lymphadenopathy commonly develop after pelvic and bone involvement have already occurred. Few patients with prostate cancer present initially with symptomatic metastatic lung lesions and lymphadenopathy without any other concomitant distant dissemination.
