Molecular docking analysis of KRAS inhibitors for cancer management.

The majority of human tumors are characterized by abnormal signaling caused by oncogenic RAS proteins. KRAS is a member of the RAS family and is currently one of the most thoroughly researched targets for cancer treatment due to its prevalence in a variety of deadly malignancies. Targeting the KRAS protein, which plays a crucial role in regulating cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis, shows great potential as a strategy for fighting cancer.

Effects of Postpartum Fatigue and Depressive Cognitions on Life Satisfaction and Quality of Life in Arab Postpartum Women: The Intervening Role of Resourcefulness.

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among postpartum fatigue (PPF), depressive cognitions, resourcefulness, quality of life, and life satisfaction in Arab postpartum mothers. A conceptual framework is used in this study based on the middle range theory of resourcefulness, which Zauszniewski developed in 2006. The study is a cross-sectional descriptive design with 123 postpartum women who had given birth within the past six months.

The use of complementary and alternative medicine among women with breast cancer in Saudi Arabia.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to explore the frequency of use of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) therapies among women with breast cancer in Saudi Arabia.

Design: A descriptive cross-sectional study design was used with face-to-face interviews using a structured questionnaire.

Sample: A convenient sample of 85 Saudi women with breast cancer who were undergoing cancer treatment was recruited from the Oncology Department of King Faisal Hospital, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
