The nature of somatotroph adenomas has not been clearly revealed in studies. We consider that there are macroscopic differences in intraoperative tumor consistency in acromegaly patients. We aimed to determine whether there is a relationship between intraoperative tumor consistency and histopathological subtypes by planning a prospective study to determine whether these differences are significant.

Design and use of assistant robotic arm in endoscopic transnasal surgery.

Objective: This study aimed to develop a robotic system with autonomous functionality for holding and manipulating the endoscope in endoscopic endonasal surgery. Study Design: In total, 32 patients with PKU were analyzed and compared with the control participants. Regions of interest in panoramic radiographs were selected and the fractal dimension (FD) obtained from FA was calculated.

Studies based on the analyses conducted after tDCS administration in substance use disorder were promising for the use of tDCS as adjunctive therapy to reduce visible psychological and neurological symptoms of the addiction.
