A 42-year-old female patient diagnosed with invasive ductal breast ca underwent F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) positron emission tomography/ computed tomography (PET/CT) scan for staging, 1.5 cm diameter hypermetabolic lesion was observed in the lower inner quadrant of the right breast that was compatible with primary tumor [maximum standardized uptake value (SUV): 10.5].

Pure cutaneous metastasis without systemic metastasis is very rare and less than ten cases have been reported in the literature. Our patient had various lymphatic fistulas to her skin due to pelvic lymphadenectomy and radiotherapy in her previous cervical cancer.

The expression of NPM was studied by immunohistochemical methods on 59 RCCs, 9 oncocytomas, and 19 tumour-negative renal tissues. The expression was assessed relative to various clinicopathological variables and histological subtypes, to determine its potential role as a prognostic and diagnostic marker.
