Chronic myeloid leukemia is a hematological cancer, where disease relapse and drug resistance are caused by bone-hosted-residual leukemia cells. An innovative resolution is bone-homing and selective-active targeting of anticancer loaded-nanovectors. Herein, ivermectin (IVM) and methyl dihydrojasmonate (MDJ)-loaded nanostructured lipid carriers (IVM-NLC) were formulated then dually decorated by lactoferrin (Lf) and alendronate (Aln) to optimize (Aln/Lf/IVM-NLC) for active-targeting and bone-homing potential, respectively.
