Introduction: Resident physicians' proper use of nutritional support and knowledge about Clinical Nutrition is essential to ensuring that their patients receive suitable nutritional care.
Materials And Method: An online survey was sent to resident physicians at our hospital in specialisations with hospital beds. The survey featured 20 multiple-choice questions scored from 1 to 10 (1 being "completely disagree" and 10 being "completely agree") across the following themes: nutritional assessment, diets, oral nutritional supplements, enteral nutrition and perception of the Nutrition Unit.

Objective: To know the epidemiological, clinical and therapeutic characteristics of patients with a diagnosis of HF treated in primary care of 2Health Areas of Albacete, Zone 5 A (characteristics of the Urban Center) and Casas Ibañez (characteristics of the Rural Center) as well as to highlight The main differences between the two.
Method: Descriptive and cross-sectional study, corresponding to the first phase of the ALBAPIC study. All patients in the area who met the inclusion criteria have been registered: Having a diagnosis of HF in the TURRIANO program (consultation program in Primary Care of Castilla la Mancha).
Objective: to evaluate the effectiveness of the obesity intervention with three different approaches, one of them with a platform that promotes physical activity. Material and method: randomized, controlled, parallel clinical trial that compared 3 arms, multicenter study in overweight or obese patients with a follow-up of 12 months. The patients were randomized into three groups: Intervention in the primary care center with G1 intervention: Control group, which received the usual recommendations to lose weight following the SEEDO 2000 Consensus.

Objective: To analyse the relationship between the level of adherence to the Mediterranean diet and the control of cardiovascular risk factors.
Method: A descriptive, observational study was conducted on patients diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus type 2, with poor blood glucose control and a Body Mass Index greater than 25kg/m. The relationship between the adherence to the Mediterranean diet and cardiovascular risk factors was evaluated before and after education about the Mediterranean diet.
Objective: To assess the effect of a motivated physical activity program on the lipid parameters most related to excess weight (triglycerides [TG], and high density lipoprotein cholesterol [HDL]) in a weight-loss intervention in obese and overweight patients.
Methods: A randomised and controlled, 2-arm, clinical trial and a 12-months follow-up was conducted. The patients included in the study were randomised into 2 intervention groups: Motivational intervention of obesity with a previously trained nurse (G1), motivational group, with digital platform support and motivated physical activity program (iwopi [G2]).

Objective: To analyse the heart failure situation in a health area, as well quality criteria.
Method: Cross-sectional observational study of patients diagnosed with heart failure by collecting data from their clinical history in the «Turriano» computer program. The variables analysed were, comorbidities, control of cardiovascular risk factors, treatments, number of chronic diseases, and admissions.
