Congenital nephrotic syndrome (CNS) is a rare and serious entity of renal diseases diagnosed in infants younger than three months. The triad of this syndrome is proteinuria, hypoalbuminemia, and edema. Without renal transplantation, these patients rarely live beyond the age of three years.
